Registration Details


This event is free and open to the public thanks to our generous sponsors. No pre-registration is required. Just show up! Participants are required to supply contact information and sign a waiver.

Check In. Participants must check-in at the Registration Area before starting the Challenge, EVEN IF YOU PRE-REGISTERED! The Registration Area is open from 5:30 am - 12:00 pm and is located near the group campsites of Twin Creek MetroPark.

Download and Print Two Documents. Please download and print the Registration Form and Route and Important Info document and bring them with you.

Registration Form. If you did not pre-register, please download, complete and sign this one page Registration Form. Bring it with you and drop it off at the Registration Area. Blank registration forms will be available at the Registration Area.

Routes and Important Info. Print this six page Routes and Important Info document. It has turn by turn directions for the routes, shuttle info and snack station locations.

Pick up a wrist band. PLEASE wear this wist band throughout the entire day so the event staff, including the snack station helpers and shuttle drivers, know you are part of the TVT Challenge.

Trail Maps. Trail maps are available at the Registration Area at no charge courtesy of Five Rivers MetroParks.

Water. There is no water faucet at the Registration Area. Fill your water bottles at home. A water fountain is located about 1.5 miles into the hike at the Chamberlain Road crossing.

Donate. Please donate to the TVT Challenge. Any amount helps. This is how we keep the event free and open to the public. Donations to support the TVT Challenge are accepted at the Registration Area.
